Feature parity question
In the iOS app (in iOS Settings) the "Autofill & Passwords" page is different from the corresponding page in macOS, making it seem like "Set Up Codes In" can't be used with 1Password in macOS, but it is definitely used with 1Password in iOS. Note the differences between the two attached screenshots. In the macOS screenshot, the Apple Passwords app is the ONLY selection available for setting up codes. Is this expected, or because something isn't configured properly. Is there an FAQ somewhere that definitively shows how to configure the OS Settings for 1Password?9Views0likes0CommentsUnable to claim the student pack!
I'm trying to claim the 1Password Student Pack offer, but I'm getting the error: "It looks like you aren't eligible for this promotion. You must be enrolled in the Pack. Please try again, contact support, or go back to 1Password." I do have the student service. I've attached a screenshot.47Views0likes3CommentsSafari extension causes crash on some sites
Recently, Safari 18.4 on iMac Ventura 13.7.5 does not recognize mouse clicks on some webpages. Then, when I try to close that page, Safari crashes. I tried turning off the 1Password Browser Extension, and the error goes away. Any thoughts?61Views0likes8CommentsQuick Access Initial Results Are a Hodgepodge
When I bring up the Quick Access panel, I'm used to seeing suggestions related to the site I'm on. For the last month or so, that initial set of results (no search performed) is 10-12 entries that are seemingly random. At the same time, if I'm on a login form the popup there does have the correct suggestions for the site I'm on — so there will be two different sets of results at the same time. Did I change a setting for 1Password that I can no longer find?34Views0likes2CommentsAutofill intermittently stops working in macOS Safari
Hello, 1Password autofill randomly stops working in Safari 18.4 (macOS 15.4). I see the 1Password contextual menu (see screenshot of Etsy login dialog) but clicking it does not open my applicable login items like it should. When 1Password is still locked and I click the icon to unlock it, nothing happens. I can open the 1Password browser extension to see my logins from Safari's toolbar, but while it does show me the applicable logins for the page I'm on, clicking the Autofill button does nothing. This is an intermittent problem that I can sometimes fix just by opening the website in a new browser window or a new tab. Sometimes that works, sometimes it doesn't. I've tried the workaround of toggling the extension's 1Password integration setting but that doesn't solve anything. (I should add that the browser extension does show that the extension is connected with 1Password.) Help?Solved199Views4likes6Comments1Password macOS w/ Google Titan Key - No security key prompt
I bought 2 Google Titan Security keys recently and have been trying to add them to my 1password account. I can successfully add them via browser and have authenticated successfully on windows app, browser, and iPhone app. The MacOS gets stuck on the 2FA prompt and the OS will not prompt for a security key. I have re-installed the app via brew and updated to the latest version. I see multiple threads on here re: titan keys and the macOS app not working from the last two years. Is the macOS app still unusable with titan keys? Why has there been no public answer on the threads?7Views0likes0Comments
